Lockdown Foot Injuries
We have noticed a surge in injuries that occurred during lockdown mainly has a result of poor
footwear or training errors.
Most of us spent more time inside at home using slippers or “around the house” shoes resulting in
sore feet and ankles.
Overuse injuries increased due to the amount of time we spent doing weight bearing activities e.g
walking and running.
If you were thinking your pain/injury would settle on it’s on and you are still sore, then it is time to
do something about it. We are happy to assist you with your overuse foot and ankle injuries and

lockdown. Not ideal…… but helped until he could see us again.
